Richard Schultz and Hudson Voltz join the Board of Directors

Dragonfly Forest, Inc. is pleased to announce the following new members to its Board of Directors:

Richard Schultz - President and CEO, Tricor Investments & Richrick Inc.
Mr. Schultz earned his B.S. from Cornell University in Hotel Administration in 1974 and went on to Penn State University to fulfill Real-Estate course requirements for the State Exam (1975). He is a member of the Delaware County Board of Realtors. 

Mr. Schultz has served as a Board Member and Chairman of the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce, Board Member of the Brandywine Valley Convention and Visitors Bureau, Member of the Delaware County Licensed Beverage Association, and Member of the Work Force Investment Board.

Hudson Voltz, Esq. - Founder, Hudson L Voltz, P.C.
Hud Schultz founded the law firm of Hudson L. Voltz, P.C. in 1992. 

Mr. Voltz received his B.A. from Dickinson College in American Studies and Political Science in 1977.  He received his J.D. in 1980 from Dickinson School of Law. 

Mr. Voltz has been a member of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association since his entry into legal practice in 1980.  He is also a member of the Pennsylvania and Chester County Bar Associations, and has been admitted to practice before the U.S. Federal Courts.  Mr. Voltz is past President of the Philadelphia Area Dickinson College Alumni Club; has served as Chairman of the East Brandywine Township Board of Supervisors from 1993 to the present; serves on the board of Directors of the Downingtown Area Recreational Consortium; serves on the Board of Directors of the Brandywine Regional YMCA; has served on the executive and steering committees to elect U.S. Congressman James W. Gerlach and Representative Curt Schroeder, and serves as a coach for the East Brandywine Youth Association.
