Comcast Newsmakers is a five-minute interview program airing on Headline News that provides news and information from people making a difference. Elected officials, public servants and community leaders connect viewers to the important issues, events and organizations that are shaping our community.

Each segment airs an average of twice a day for seven days. The interviews fit seamlessly into the Headline News 30-minute rotation  The newsmaker for this segment was Fred Weiner, Dragonfly Forest's Executive Director.
